  • What is GSE Go?
GSE Go is a web-based platform designed to connect aviation professionals with Ground Support Equipment (GSE) rentals and aviation services. Whether you're sourcing tools or offering support, GSE Go makes access faster, easier, and more reliable.
  • Who is eligible to use GSE Go?
GSE Go is available to anyone in the aviation industry, including airlines, MROs, FBOs, charter services, flight schools, mechanics, and vendors. Our platform supports both Renters and Listers across the nation.
  • Is there a mobile app?
Not at this time. However, the website is mobile-responsive and fully functional on smartphones and tablets.
  • Do I need to pay to create an account?
No. Creating a Renter account is completely free.
  • How do I reserve a tool?
Search the marketplace, select a tool, and click "Reserve." The Lister will receive your request and can approve or deny it. If approved, you’ll receive an email with next steps including payment and uploading your shipping label.
  • Who handles shipping?
Renters are responsible for shipping. Once approved, you'll upload your own prepaid shipping label through your dashboard.
  • What platform fees apply to renters?
A 12% platform fee is added to the rental total at checkout. This helps support secure transactions, platform maintenance, and customer support.
  • Is it possible to request a rental extension?
Absolutely. You can request an extension through your dashboard. The Lister needs to approve it before the rental period is extended. Additional payments can be processed if necessary.
  • What should I charge for my Rental?
    A common formula that we have seen through some listers is (Tooling Cost X 2.5% X 4.5 + $350 / 4.5 = Daily Rental)
  • Can I list both equipment and services?
Yes. You can list tools, services, or both. Many Listers include service offerings such as delivery or calibration with their equipment.
  • Is a subscription necessary to list items?
Yes, a subscription is needed to publish listings. Every plan starts with a 30-day free trial. After the trial, standard monthly rates will apply.
  • What fees apply to Listers?
GSEgo deducts a 4% platform fee from each successful rental transaction.
  • How do I receive payments?
All payments are collected by GSEgo through our secure Wix Payments system. Once a rental is confirmed and paid for, the total payout amount—minus the 4% platform fee—will appear in your Lister dashboard. Payouts are processed and disbursed on a monthly schedule. You will be notified within your dashboard once your payout has been issued.
  • What information is required to list a tool?
Tool name and category Aircraft Manufacturer and Model (MDS) Part Number and GSE Number Daily rental rate At least two photos (including a data placard) Agreement to platform terms, including rental liability and fees
  • Is GSE Go responsible for damage or theft?
No. GSEgo is not liable for damaged, lost, or stolen tools. We recommend documenting tool condition before and after shipment and communicating clearly with renters.
  • When does the free trial period start and finish?
Your 3-month free trial begins on the day you subscribe. We will send you reminder emails before your trial period ends and billing starts.
  • What happens after the trial period ends?
Your subscription will automatically renew at the selected plan’s monthly or annual rate unless you cancel in your account settings.
  • Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel, pause, or downgrade your plan at any time from your dashboard.
